Windows 11 Data error cyclic redundancy check when I extract large file

I downloaded a large file from the internet and when I extract the file, it's not working so I tried to use 7-zip, but it still isn't working. What cause this problem and how do I fix it?My specs:Asus laptopRTX 3050Windows 11 64-bitCore i7 13th gen
