Windows 11 DefaultUser0 still showing in my login screen

Hi everyone.Recently I reseted my PC, and installed windows 11. Everything was normal, until I had a problem with the "defaultuser0" account password. So I thought I could delete the account and then create a new one. So I did.I deleted the register I found in regedit, the files in the C:\Users\ but the account still showing up in my login page (and I think this is causing some kind of problem in my C drive, because everytime I boot my PC, it shows that the disk is being repaired). Is there anyway I can permanently delete this user?
