Hello,I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue or a Windows issue but i'll give it a shot:When im using headphones (any headphones, in either of the laptops usb ports) there is about a 20 second delay between speaking and people hearing my voice. It work fine when using the inbuilt audio input, not USB. And also works fine with bluetooth headsets. So i believe it to be something wrong with the usb driver? However it does run the USB mouse and keyboard fine.My laptop is fairly new so i'm trying to work out if i will need to return it.These are my specs
