Windows 11 Delete, Home, End, pg up, pg dn, Left and Right Keys not working

I have a HP Envy x 360 15" laptop with a US numeric Keyboard. The keys worked perfectly when I got the Laptop. After a month or two the keys in question became sluggish, then stopped working. the only keys that do this are; Delete, Home, End, pg up, pg dn, Left and Right arrow keys. All other work perfectly. All the keys work when an external Keyboard is used. When I use a Keyboard tester program all the keys in question light up when pressed, which leads me to think the problem is software related. The drivers are up to date though and no problems are detected when trouble shooting.It gives t
