Windows 11 Deleted browser shortcuts still appearing in Settings > Apps > Installed apps

I have recently deleted some (Google Chrome) browser shortcuts from my Windows computer. These browser shortcuts are still appearing as apps in Settings > Apps > Installed apps. How can I delete these references to browser shortcuts that are no longer on my computer? I have tried uninstalling en reinstalling Google Chrome, as well as updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (since I was going to update anyway). None of these actions helped to resolve the issue. One example of such shortcut (Reddit shortcut) can be seen in the screenshots below.
