Windows 11 Deleted my documents from one drive thinking it was a cloned folder, deleted the original and its not in recycle bin

I was going through my one drive folder , which was around 20gb and I thought, you know I need to get some of these backed up folders off here that I don't want backed up. So I deleted a few of them , no biggie, then I deleted the one that said my documents, and **** it deleted my actual my documents folder, which couldn't be recovered from the recycle bin. what is this demonic ****? I hate one drive now
