Windows 11 Delivery Optimization service - RAM usage, when it should be disabled

Hello,I have noticed a problem with RAM usage - some of my apps were crashing because of the RAM. After some investigation it came up that the cause is the Delivery Optimization service (svchost.exe). It's probably trying to download some big file and the memory consumption of that process is constantly rising, until the process (and some other processes as well) crashes and then it starts all over. When it's in its peak, my RAM usage is 16GB/16GB. After it crashes (or I stop the "Delivery Optimization" service using "services.msc"), the RAM usage gets to 6GB/16GB. However, since the service c
