Windows 11 Dell Inspiron 27 7720 All-in-One: Windows Hello Couldn't Turn on the Camera

When I started my computer today, the Windows Hello face recognition didn't work and said it "Couldn't Turn on the Camera" and to use my pin instead. I haven't been able to figure out how to fix this by searching on here and hoping someone can help me! I'm using a Dell Inspiron 27 7720 All-in-One with Windows 11.
