Windows 11 Dell Inspiron 3501/Windows 11 stuck in a loop at repairing disk errors and then scanning C drive repeatedly without booting to Windows 11

Hi Community, I am currently stuck with my Dell Inspiron 3501 stuck in a loop at repairing disk errors and then scanning C drive repeatedly(going in repairing sequence at 65% scan completion everytiime). Currently I am not able to see any Windows 11 Logo as the boot sequence is not going beyond the repair and scanning cycle. Any quick help would be really appreciated if someone has navigated the same issue before?
