Windows 11 Dell Laptop stuck on 64% installing update, flashes for a second and reboots looping over and over, none of the fixes working

I have a Dell laptop over a year old, it is stuck on 64% installing update, shows for half a second then reboots (I took a video to see what it said far too quick). I have tried the boot disks, dell os support etc and none of them can see the raid configured drives so none of the fixes will work.The built in Dell OS support just says loading forever when tried so no use, downloaded a copy on a stick it just crashes when booted and non of the usual tools I have tried do anything.The hardware is all reporting fine so just this software.Any Ideas how to get it to see the Raid drives and try and f
