I have two Dell P2415Q Monitors connected to a Dell 3260 Compact with a Nvidia T1000 8gb video card with 8k mDP video cables. When a background photo is used the lower half of my primary video is distorted and fluctuates. The second monitor fluctuates to black and then back to the normal screen every minute or so. I am running at the recommended video mode of 3840x2160 at 60hz. I have tried the only other refresh rate of 29.98hz with no change. I am running the latest Windows 11 version (23H2) and Windows says my drivers are up to date. The latest Dell driver has been installed:Any help is gre
