Windows 7 Dell REINSTALLATION

Hello, I have wipe my hard drive. I cannot locate the Dell installation disk. IF I purchase a Dell REINSTALLATION disk that is the exact Windows program that origanally installled on this Dell PC, should it install correctly, and be ACTIVATED. THANKS
