Windows 11 Dell xps 13 9340 camera not working 0xA00F4244 error code

Brand new computer setup camera not working. Downloaded Dell support assistance got all the drivers downloaded and installed up to date and still notworking. Setting for apps to access the camera on. Device manager shows camera and I have checked every driver restarted and still no luck. There are no physical button for the camera
