Hi,I just installed Windows 11 in a brand new machine and I am facing this weird issue. I have two different users both as Administrators. When I change the desktop background theme (wallpaper) in one of them it affects the other too. The change usually affects the other user after I signed in and out for a couple of times or after rebooting the pc and not immediately. With that being said, sometimes it does happen immediately.I would like to have every user capable of choosing for themselves the wallpaper they want.Another issue I have encountered is when I choose one of the windows default t
