Basic summary of this issue is that two to three days ago after I played Dragon Ball Z Sparking Zero, I quit the application and my desktop screen was completely empty and inactive as in I could not interact with the desktop screen in any way as if it does not register any inputs or even exists although in the file manager, I see the "Desktop" folder.To better explain the problem, I want to answer a few questions
