Windows 11 Desktop Icons changed to a blank white page. How do I change it to it's original state?

How do I change my icons back to the original state? My desktop icons were pictures.of the app or game downloaded, but now its a blank white page with a green checkmark. Some of these are games and the others are just files, but I'm not sure why it changed in the first place, let alone how to change it back.
