Windows 11 Desktop icons not displaying as "shortuts"

This happens on my computer with windows 11, and I already replaced the motherboard on this one, because I had a similar problem before (icons not showing, and more glitches in general).Here, I only have a problem with my shortcuts icons (they should display a small arrow on the bottow left) :This si how they show up, and sometimes like this : When they should be displayed like this :This never happens on startup, only after I start using my pc for a while.
