Windows 10 Desktop not detecting 55" TCL TV.

I've been trying all week to get my desktop to detect my TV but I'm getting no signal. My Nintendo Switch works fine, but not my desktop. My TV model is a TCL 55" Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Roku Smart TV - 55S431. Any help and support would be awesome. Help me please!
