Windows 10 Desktop Switch and Screen Split: Not Working

Hello!Thank you in advance for any help provided.The other day, I accidentally keysmashed while typing too quickly, and I stopped being able to use Alt codes to type symbols in Google Docs. This was solved by turning on NumLock. I thought that was the end of it, but now I've come to find that the Desktop Switch (Ctrl+Win+Arrow Keys) and Screen Split (Win+Arrow Keys) keyboard shortcuts have stopped working.So far, I have tried:Turning NumLock off and using Ctrl+Numbers 4 and 6 on the numpad since I saw this worked for some people, but the command still doesn't work.Reinstalling the keyboard and
