Hi all. My PC starts fine and the sign-in/lock screen is normal, but when I enter my PIN, the desktop is black. The start button and taskbar are flashing on and off, but are unusable. I can't use Win+R, Win+I etc. to view settings, but I can use CTR+ALT+DEL to open the task manager (though it seems to be constantly "tabbing in and out"). As a test, I used the task manager to open PowerPoint, which loaded ok, though the start button and taskbar kept flashing, and there was also PowerPoint, and there was the same issue of constant tabbing in/out of the app.I've used Shift+Restart and tried vario
