Windows 10 Desktop will not update past 1909, but there are no errors.

My PC's hardware is supposedly fully compatible with Windows update 22H2, but the update from 1909 consistently fails. The update troubleshooter is of no help and SetupDiag found nothing. The only antivirus I currently use is Windows Security.
