Windows 10 Desktop Window Manager has between 30 - 40% GPU usage. How do I lower it?

Desktop Window Manager has between 30 - 40% GPU usage. How do I lower it?W10, RTX2070, i7-4790K.I've already tried:1. Turning off "let Windows try to fix apps so that they're not blurry".2. Run system maintenance.3. Installed the latest GPU drivers with GeForce experience.4. Updated all the other drivers.5. Set dwm.exe priority to normal.Cheers.
