Windows 11 Desktop Windows Manager missing from Win 11 services - DWM.exe

I am struggling here. I am crashing intermittently on a very expensive, brand new windows install.However, I unable to prevent the crashes. The screen goes black, and that's it. I note that the service Desktop Windows Manager is missing from services, but is present in Win32. I am unable to load after DISM, Scannow, restore. Problem persists. How can I re-load this service, because I feel confident that's the issue. I have reloaded, reinstalled drivers, updates, changed TDR values. Its quite maddening. DISM shows no errors.
