Windows 11 Desktop windows manager spikes to 15% CPU when gaming any help?

So I don't know if this is normal or not but I play Roblox alot I have a 4060 with an i5 14400f I noticed recently that when I pull up task manager it's shows that Windows desktop manager hovers over and around 5% CPU with frequent spikes to 15% CPU when I close Roblox it goes back down to 0% CPU it also does it to other games I play as well I don't know if this is normal or not and I was wondering if anyone had any insight I also have a 240hz gaming monitor with gsync
