Windows 11 Desktop with Win 11 Pro becomes incredibly slow while alt-tabbing or playing games at random times.

Hi, ever since about a month ago I recently started getting an issue with my Win 11 Pro installation (not saying it's due to windows, but it could be). The computer can be working fine for days at a time, with everyday being turned on between 8-12 hours and alternating between gaming, coding and plenty of Netflix. If I can get a video out the next time it happens, i'll link it here.There is no high CPU usage, high RAM usage, Disk Read/Write or even any gpu usage during this phase. Both my SSD"s are at 0% usage but 100% active time. Regardless, i've re-seated the RAM and done a test with only a
