Windows 11 Device battery status is always charging, even when not actually charging

My laptop (Razer Blade 13) is currently persistently displaying that the battery is charging, regardless of whether or not it actually is. I've attempted restarting the device, reinstalling the drivers for "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and "Microsoft AC Adapter" and restarting between each re-install, and even switching to the Insider Program (currently on version 22623.1037) to force some sort of OS level re-installation in an attempt to get the status to correct. I'm all fresh out of ideas and not sure how far down this issue goes. Any ideas?
