Windows 11 Device is listed in my account, but no bitlocker key

Hi,Hope you can help,My wife's Win 11 laptop has stopped at the BITlocker recovery screenI cannot show you the version (as it wont start)Her laptop shows as a device on my account, but there is no reference to a Bitlocker key.She doesn't know anything about bitlocker or the key, Is there any way to recover from this situation ?
