Windows 10 Device manager keyboard drivers problem

Hello i uninstalled my keyboard usb drivers and when i restarted my pc dont reinstalled the drivers so keyboard doesnt work with usb, now i use with wireless with usb and its working perfectly but when im switching to usb only doesnt work can u help me please i hope i explained correctly.
