Windows 11 Device Manager unused devices causing many problems, how to solve

In Device Manager click View > Show hidden devices to delete all unused devices at that time because of the following issues (long list): * In Microsoft Office 365 typing focus intermittently lost causing typing issues. If you watch the cursor flash in Microsoft Word, it will stop (or disappear) about every 3 to 5 seconds where the cursor no longer flashes, and then comes back to flashing again. During this time if you are typing, what you type when the focus is lost is not typed. When focus returns, then it picks up on what you are typing at that time. Thus, you have to go back to correct
