Windows 10 Device Manager "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

Hello, recently I reinstalled Windows 10 through Media Creation Tool, since then I have had this issue where both of my display adapters stopped working. I checked in Device Manager and both my Intel(R) UHD Graphic 630 display adapter and NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 display adapter have this error code: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". Not only do they not work, I also get discolored boxes on my laptop screen as well. I have tried reinstalling, updating, and installing previous drivers but nothing has worked.
