Hi. New to the forum. Sorry if in the wrong place or if formatted incorrectly.

A few days ago, I updated Windows 10 to the latest version after putting it off for a while. I often hesitate to update Windows because usually it messes with my settings and it's just an annoyance to go back and fix everything.

Unfortunately, this latest update has brought the most annoying issues with it so far, as many of my devices' drivers have not "migrated properly".

My main concern is my drawing tablet. I really want to get back into creating art as quickly as possible, but can't, as nothing displays on the tablet screen. I know the tablet works, because not only does it function normally on my brother's computer, I also can move the mouse with the pen on mine. The problem is that there is no picture--it only shows a black screen.

I've tried everything. I bought a new cable, enabled/disabled, uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers several times (including different versions of the drivers), I have tried running the tablet in compatibility mode, I've tried using the cmd prompt to repair damaged files, I've even tried a system restore. Nothing is working.

If anyone has any advice as to what I can do, I would really appreciate it. I am very frustrated and just want to get back to drawing. Thanks!
