Hello all, I have a laptop running Windows 11, and seem to costantly need technical assistance with this monster of a system, but cannot find any way to chat with a Microsoft agent for help....I know they used to have a chat support option, last year at least, but it seems to have been removed now, leaving only the option to call for support, and be left on hold for hours, finally getting someone who provides no true answers, just more questions. I swear it almost seems that you have to be a computer Wizard to use Windows anymore, and a superhuman Mutant to be able to find help from that compa
