Mine stopped working recently and none of the troubleshooting steps work. I love this keyboard! I've had several ergo accessories over the years and this is by far the best set I've ever had. I purchased it 3 years ago and only a few days ago started having problems with it disconnecting. I have contacted Microsoft support, but apparently it was the wrong department? It went to the warranty department and I'm still unable to get any help on resolving this issue. Someone mentioned that I should just buy a new dongle for it, but I'm wondering how that would work if the issue has to do with drive
