Windows 10 Did the BIG APRIL UPGRADE of 2018 tank your system? Change your log-in? Force you to Clean install? Take more than 3 hours to mess up your system?

WHY DO THEY LET THIS HAPPEN?

Isn't that what the Insider's Preview is intended for?

AND if so many systems are falling, why do they continue to make changes?

I am very much a fan of Microsoft, very anti-Apple, but when or if this keeps happening,

What else am I to do? I ALMOST lost some very important info, and who really has the time

to make backups of everything.

I personally have five computers, and I watch over another 10 for some people I know.

This update has taken three of them out in some way shape or what-not,

Microsoft support thru chat has been stellar, but the live side sucks, can understand me or are

verbally just puppets reading from a support page book, if I didn't have a problem, I wouldn't be here.

your assistance was excellent and lead me in the right direction.

We/I somehow got disconnected, and tho I gave my email and number, never got a call back.

I fixed it, but never got to compliment you on assisting me.
