Windows 11 Different games trying to read different secured files and crashing

I am trying to play some games and they keep crashing cause they are trying to read files that i guess are in a secure file because id say like 9 different games are all pulling different files from the same folder but the pc wont tell me what the folder or file is, all it says is (UNKNOWN), the most recent error i got from cyberpunk2077 was Error Reason: Unhandled exception Expression: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005)Message: The thread attempted to read inaccessible data at 0x1FA1C57131C.
