Windows 10 Different type of User profile folder in windows machine Joined Entra ID

We have Hybrid Environments (we have On-prem AD and Azure sync through AD connect). Our Machines are Entra joined and user use their Microsoft Email and password to sign in to these machines. But the issue some user's profile are getting created just by their Username (like it use to be in the AD joined device) and some of user profile are created with "username.<domain>"I'm confused about the cause of these User Profile folders being different??
