Windows 11 Digital Pen Support

I purchased a Renaisser Raphael 520-C digital pen to use with my laptop, but it won't connect. I have a Lenovo Yoga 9i, I tried finding Microsoft Pen Protocol but can't figure out a way to install it, and I can't get Wacom to recognize the pen. Is it not compatible with my laptop at all, or is there any other software that I can use it with?
