Windows 10 direct input can it make my mouse lose left click and hold?

Hi.I have a question about direct input for controls. I had to play with some dlls beacuse i wanted to change controls in older game(Juiced) but i coudnt. Did some searching and found that direct input needs some dlls to make it work with older games. Briliant me didnt do backup od original dlls and now every time i click and hold left mouse it holds for a few seconds and then it looses input and starts again so any drags or similar acrion are no logner possible. Even some single click are counted as double. Do I need to reinstall my windows or is there a way to fix this issue in other ways? M
