Windows-10 FILE EXPLORER:This issue occurs whenever a file is being dragged (to be copied or moved) to another folder/directory within the folder/directory tree on the left side of the screen. If the mouse cursor momentarily hovers over the intended folder, that folder will suddenly expand to reveal every other folder in its tree, and the expansion most often occurs at the moment the file is being dropped. The end result is that the file gets inadvertently dropped into some other folder, because the folder/tree is expanding at exactly the same moment you drop the file.So my questi
