Windows 11 Directory Structure. Windows 11 Ver 21H2 (OS Build 22000.613)

Directories? My preference would be to store my files on the C drive with selected directories also mirror imaged on my OneDrive. However when I open This PC, I see 2 distinct categories - Folders and Devices and drives. Folders contains some folders that are on OneDrive and some that are on C. I want to change that. Each folder shown under "Folders" should show only folders on the C drive. Can I do this? I'd like to use OneDrive as a mirror image of the folders that I select and ones I add manually. Can I do this? I need to know how these concepts can be accomplished.
