Windows 11 DirectX error while playing Call of Duty

Hi,I've been playing Call of duty Modern Warfare III with no issue since October of 2023 until around June of 2024 when I began to get a DirectX error where my game would freeze for about 5-10 seconds and then crash. I would then proceed to get a directx error and an error from amd saying an unrecoverable error had occured. A few days ago I decided to revert to DirectX 11 and now I am getting a green screen of death and I then must restart my computer for any monitor to display anything. I assume I am running into the same issue, so I've tried multiple methods and nothing has produced results.
