Windows 11 Disable all system sounds in Whydows

Whydows just ignores my settings and after each reboot restores those annoying farts (Whydows sounds). How to disable it permanently? Do I have to remove those files or replace them with mock ones? I'm not sure if it won't cause this **** to collapse.
