Windows 11 Disable taskbar from popping up in Fullscreen

When in fullscreen, the taskbar disappears. That wouldn't be a problem, however, whenever I move my mouse to the bottom of the screen, it rises again. I want a way to disable this.In another words, I want to disable the taskbar from popping up when I hover the mouse over the bottom of the screen, whenever I'm on Fullscreen Mode.I want to emphasize that the taskbar does not stay on the screen all the time when I'm on Fullscreen.
