Windows 11 Disable widget fly over?

I am literally begging for a way to turn this off. Hover on start is already off, but whenever I move my cursor from left to right even a little, this stupid thing opens. I do not want it. It is annoying, infuriating, unnecessary. I can't seem to figure out how to make it go away forever. Please help.
