Windows 11 disabling background apps feature is completely gone in new update

I have tried disabling under advanced options on the storage setting, try looking for it under power settings and its completely gone. its completely affecting the performance in games. where the hell did they move this feature? thanks and excuse my friend. I'm a bit frustrated.
