Windows 11 disconnect an external hard dreive from onedrive

I am running Windows 11, with onedrive + a permanently connected USB 1TB hard drive (D:) for local backups of various files & folders.I am looking for a way to disconnect the D: drive from onedrive, so that onedrive is only backing up from the C: drive.Can anybody tell me how to achieve this please.
