Windows 10 Disk C and Disk D switched places after BSOD

Installing windows 10 update caused a BSOD with error code: Critical_Process_Died and after booting Disk C and Disk D switched places. I'm using a Dell laptop, and my previous disk C is an SSD and previous Disk D is an HDD. I've tried resetting through recovery section of settings "reset this pc" and Downloading windows 10 ISO file and doing an inplace/ repair installation but none work. So right now the OS is installed on the previous Disk D (HDD) now Disk C and not on the previous Disk C (SSD) now Disk D.
