Windows 10 Disk Usage and memory stuck on 100% in Windows Task Manager

This a question in the system . I have a similar problem, but quite different. Both memory and disk usage keep shifting by the minute from 10 to 100 and everything in between. I could not reply, even though it didn't say thread locked. therefore I am opening a new thread. Any help would be greatly appreciatedthank youTEEKAY
