Brand new CPU, motherboard and RAM, fresh OS install, complete format (I even cleaned my disks with console command during this window when installing Windows where you have to choose drive to install OS on).
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 - not overclocked, bought in OEM version.
RAM: 16 GB 3200MHz - overclocked with XMP.
Im writing this right now and it happened (well it happened second time
) again. Got some screenshots too (polish version of windows but its just task manager):
Even though activity time spikes to 100% for a couple of seconds, the general usage is only around 33%:
I tried using "net.exe stop superfetch" - didnt work
tried "net.exe stop sysmain" - didnt work
Tried changing value of MSISupport for "standard SATA AHCI controller" in registry from 1 to 0 - didn't work.
Tried different browser - didn't work.
Before format, before clean install and before hardware change everything was fine on slower and older components (cpu i5-2400).
I hope that someone will be able to help me. Thanks.
