Windows 11 dism failed to find source to repair component store

I am running Windows Home 23H2. KB5044380 failed to install in Windows Update.Running DISM, /checkhealth and /scanhealth both said the Component Store is repairable. When trying /restorehealth it said it couldn't find the source files. I downloaded the only available ISO from the Windows download page: "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO for X64 devices)". This is 24H2.After trying both mounting the ISO is situ and subsequently burning to an 8.5GB DVD, when neither worked (saying it could not find the source files), I finally tried copying the install.wim file to to a folder "Wim" on my C drive.
